Maybe someone can tell me
why the date on this post says Wednesday April 1st instead of Saturday April
4th.
why the date on this post says Wednesday April 1st instead of Saturday April

The good news is wonderful warm weather for the next three
days
days
The bad news is . . . these
were made by this . . .
who chewed my coneflower
and I think she bit off the end my donkey tail spurge and it must not have tastedgoodbecause it was laying about a foot away from the main flower. It came
from my sisters garden and is fairly new to mine so I've never seen it bloom
until now.
I guess I'll be doing pictures backwards forever with these posts. This is mynew Peony Bowl Of Beauty I got last year and haven't seen it bloom yet. Gorgeous
eh?
I had forgotten about it until today when I was reading a post on Peonies so I ranout to see if it was peeking through.
My Clematis Purpurea Elegans is showing I forgot to take a picture of her lastsummer so here's the tag - pretty isn't she?
I believe this is her peeking through the ground.
I grabbed this picture online it is a Hardy Orchid Bletilla
I'm hoping this is my Hardy Orchid growing. It's almost a foot away from the tagso I'm really not sure. It was new last summer so I'm not that familiar with it
yet.
My Pulmonaria Smokey Blue is getting bigger - love that pink and purple
Here's what the speckled leaves look like
I have never seen my Thalictrum Aquilegifoliura or Meadow Rue bloom. The leavesare like a Columbine. Every year it gets chewed down and it tries to come back
but never makes it to a bloom. But it must be pretty tough to live 2 or 3 years
being treated like that. I moved it closer to the house last fall and so far it
looks good. Cross your fingers for me.
Clematis Josephine wasn't happy up where we had her - I think she needed more sun soshe's in her new home with a temporary piece for her to climb on. She's looking
really good. You can see how pretty she is on the ticket down below.
My hardy Lobelia is coming up but has a little something blooming in the middleof it. I guess it's another Johnny Jump Up but it's a color I don't have. Guess
someone wanted me to have one.
I can't believe I have a Delphinium that came back. I left it in the pot allwinter and it looks good. Don't know what kind it is. I planted a bunch of seeds
a couple of years ago I believe and this is the only one I got.
Some purple Veronica
I was concerned about the little Weigela I started summer before last I think. It wasn't showing any signs of life. But now it is.
And now the mama plant is showing signs of life too. Guess I was just a bitanxious on the youngin' and thought it wasn't coming back.
And last the bucket with Daffodil and Tulip bulbs apparently had a few more thingsin it. I think this is Muscari showing some color
The Camellia is showing buds now, regular and Lace Cap Hydrangeas, Lilac trees, RoseOf Sharons, Lupines, Bleeding Hearts (wild and 2 others), gobs of the monster
plant, Soapwort, showing through, tiny Wild Irises, two different kinds of
Crocuses, Verbascum, Red Valerian, Phlox, Spiderwort, Liatris, Siberian Irises
and lots of others. So my yard is finally coming to life and I can't wait to
take pictures as each one blooms.
